Monthly Subscription Rules

قوانين الاشتراك الشهري

1. The customer is obligated to choose the appropriate subscription for him from the programs available in the restaurant and fill out the subscription form to activate the subscription.

1. يلتزم العميل باختيار الاشتراك المناسب له من البرامج المتاحة بالمطعم و ملئ استمارة الاشتراك لتفعيل الاشتراك

2. The customer registers one address for the delivery of the subscription, and if the customer changes his address to a new address, he must notify the subscription official of this change 48 hours before five o'clock in the evening, and if the connection is made after five o'clock in the evening, the change will take place after (72) hours

2. يسجل العميل عنوان واحد لتوصيل الاشتراك، وحال قيام العميل بتغيير عنوانه الى عنوان جديد عليه اخطار مسؤول الاشتراك بهذا التغيير قبل ٤٨ ساعة وذلك قبل الساعة الخامسة مساء، وحال الاتصال بعد الساعة الخامسة مساء سيتم التغيير بعد (72) ساعة 

3. The period of the monthly subscription is (26) days only, as Friday is considered a holiday.

3. مدة الاشتراك الشهري (26) يوما فقط لاعتبار يوم الجمعة اجازة للاشتراك.

4. The customer is obliged to pay the subscription amount in advance at the beginning of the subscription.

4. يلتزم العميل بسداد قيمة الاشتراك مقدما في بداية الاشتراك.

5. If the customer wants to change meals for the new two-week period, he must notify "Eat Smart" (72) hours before the day when he is required to change meals.

5. إذا اراد العميل تغيير الوجبات لأسبوعين الجديدة عليه اخطار " ايت سمارت " قبل (72) ساعة من اليوم المطلوب تغيير الوجبات فيه.

6. The customer may not add any other quantities to the meals assigned to him because the meals are calculated according to each program.

7. Eat Smart shall assume no responsibility in the event of exceptional circumstances, congestion, traffic problems, obstacles, traffic and non-traffic accidents that may delay or prevent delivery at the required time

8. The delivery time ends at 2:00 pm. Eat Smart assumes no responsibility for any orders that requires delivery after that time.

6. لا يجوز للعميل اضافة اي كميات اخرى للوجبات المخصصة له لان الوجبات محسوبة طبقا لكل برنامج.

7. لا تتحمل ايت سمارت أية مسؤولية في حال الظروف الاستثنائية والازدحامات والمشكلات المرورية والعراقيل والحوادث المرورية وغير المرورية التي قد تؤخر أو تمنع التوصيل في الوقت المطلوب

8. ينتهي موعد التوصيل في الساعة الثانية ظهرا، ولا يتحمل ايت سمارت أية مسؤولية عن أية طلبات تتطلب التوصيل بعد ذلك الموعد.

9. The customer has the right to request the suspension of the subscription for a period of one week as a maximum, provided that the restaurant is notified at least two days before the date of the suspension and the suspension is for one time only during the subscription period.

9. يحق للعميل طلب ايقاف الاشتراك لمدة اسبوع واحد فقط كحد اقصى بشرط اخطار المطعم قبل يومين على الاقل من تاريخ الايقاف، ويكون الايقاف لمرة واحدة فقط خلال مدة الاشتراك.

10. The delivery time for meals will be from six in the morning until twelve in the afternoon

10. مدة توصيل الوجبات سوف تكون من الساعة السادسة صباحا الى الساعة الثانية عشر ظهرا

11. It is not allowed to cancel the subscriber after the first week of the subscription commencement date.

11. لا يحق لعميل " ايت سمارت " الغاء الاشتراك بعد الاسبوع الاول من تاريخ بدأ الاشتراك.

12. If the customer decides not to continue the subscription for any reason, he must inform the restaurant three (3) days before the date of the request to cancel the subscription, and the prepaid amount will be refunded after deducting One Hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 100.00) that is the value of the contract and registration fees while calculating the meals provided to the subscriber at a price. The usual sale stated in the menu in the restaurant, and cancellation is only in the first week of the subscription, provided that the rest of the subscription value is refunded after a discount (QAR 500.00), subject to what was stated in the previous item, if the client decides not to continue the subscription.

12. اذا قرر العميل عدم الاستمرار بالاشتراك لاي سبب، يجب عليه اعلام المطعم قبل (3) ايام من تاريخ طلب الغاء الاشتراك، و سيتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع مسبقا بعد خصم 100 ريال قطري هي قيمة رسوم العقد و التسجيل، مع احتساب الوجبات التي تم توفيرها للمشترك بسعر البيع المعتاد المنصوص عليه في قائمة الطعام في المطعم، و يكون الالغاء فقط في الاسبوع الاول من الاشتراك، على ان يتم استرداد باقي قيمة الاشتراك بعد خصم (500 ريال قطري) مع مراعاة ما ورد بالبند السابق إذا قرر العميل عدم الاستمرار بالاشتراك.

13. We at "Smart" do not bear the slightest responsibility towards increasing or decreasing the weight of customers, as all individuals naturally differ in their ability to respond to changing the diet, and therefore there will be no guarantee in increasing or decreasing the weight, also "Smart" does not assume any liability to customers for any improper food storage and / or unhealthy handling”.

13. نحن في " ايت سمارت " لا نتحمل أدنى مسؤولية تجاه زيادة او نقصان وزن العملاء، حيث ان جميع الافراد بطبيعة الحال تختلف في قدرتها على الاستجابة لتغيير النظام الغذائي، وبالتالي فلن يكون هناك ضمان في زيادة أو نقصان الوزن، كما أنها لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية تجاه العملاء عن أي تخزين للوجبة الغذائية بشكل غير مناسب و/أو التعامل معها بطريقة غير صحية"
